Opposed by what Jake Sully doing, Miles Quaritch collecting research data by using etic research method, taking and learning from Jake Sully log report to acquired data so that he can plan evil plan together with Parker Selfridge trying to conquer the Pandora world. Evil.

What we need to do is to answer this three question that presented! So this is some sort of exercise for us to see whether we are capable of solving issue and question! to enhance our skills on researching too!... Hoho.. easy peasy! Let's do this!...
1) In Intensive Interviewing, the person giving the information is called an ‘informant’. Name the ‘informant’ in the movie and explain how he/she shares information with the researcher.
Ans:
Intensive interviewing is one on one direct interviewing. By conducting this interview, you are able to get more detail and accurate data from the field study you are conducting. This Interview conduct by the informant and researcher in the movie.
The informant in this movie is called Ney'tiri the Main Female leading actor. In this movie, it showed how she help Jake Sully, the Main Male leading actor by sharing her native culture with him, by teaching him about their lifestyle and experience their culture first hand. Like teaching him how to ride horse animal, teaching him how to ride the dragon bird, hunting and many more.

Jake Sully a.k.a the main male leading actor is the overt participant Observer, where he is involved into the scene and learning and understanding their culture and lifestyle. But After the experience he will return back to his normal body and doing daily log report which allow him to record the whole experience that he experience that day. Why he is categorise as participant observer can be seen that unlike Dr.Grace Augustine that collecting data every time but not involve in the scene, Jake record the data every time he finish his one day from the Pandora World in the report log.
Dr. Grace Augustine a.k.a the head researcher leader of the 'Avatar' project is the overt non-participant observer, this is because she is involved in the research itself, she have her own avatar body that she used to collect data and samples, she also collect more data by experiencing the lifestyle with other avatars like Jake Sully yet the Na'vi people know that she is not from their world she is actually a 'sky people'.
